PATCHY — PRIVACY POLICY

Effective 19 July 2026

The short version: Patchy collects nothing. Your photos never leave your phone unless you export them yourself.

What Patchy is

Patchy is a single-use film camera app published by 19 Ton. You shoot a roll of 24 photos, wait while it develops, and get your photos back with a film look applied. Everything happens on your device.

Data we collect

None. Patchy has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no cloud services. The app makes no network requests. We never see your photos, your name, your location, or anything else about you.

Your photos

Photos taken with Patchy are saved to the app's private storage on your phone. They stay there until you delete them (or the roll they belong to), and they only appear in your phone's gallery or leave the device if you use the app's own Save or Share buttons.

Permissions Patchy asks for

Children

Patchy is not directed at children, and since it collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children either.

Deleting your data

All data lives on your phone: delete a roll inside the app, or uninstall Patchy to remove everything it ever stored.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Patchy ever changes any of the above (for example, if optional ads are added), this page will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be called out in the app's update notes.
